High quality of the kitchen, Feuerhut always an experience
Everything freshly prepared, herbs all from the garden. Delicious and enjoyable with plenty of time.
Great experience, delicious food
Very good Good friends
Great food, great service, great ambience! Gladly again!
Extremely good food, especially the fire hat is awesome!
We were here for the 10-year class reunion because we went to school not far from DimSum. I was never there during school, but I'm glad that we made up for it. The fire hat is definitely worth trying. In any case, I did not yet know this type of preparation. Many of the ingredients come from the chef's own breeding, as he explained to us. The prices are fair and the staff was friendly. From the outside, the restaurant is unfortunately not particularly appealing and there is also a lot to be done inside.
Authentic Asian cuisine, nice ambience and nice service. Specialty fire hat. A kind of Asian fondue (not cheap) but recommended for a special evening. Worth going there.
Great food and really nice service
The 3 appetizers were all very good, beautifully seasoned and highly recommended: Beijing soup, marinated beef with lemon grass and chicken cashew salad. To the dishes were served sauces, which had a special taste of special spices. At the main courses the opinions on the table went apart: The baked chicken on rice was good, juicy and good, but unfortunately very bland. The baked fish with algae and rice was already a bit better seasoned. The best was the octopus with algae. A highlight were u.a. The ginko nuts in the vegetables, we ate for the first time. The rice was extremely mushy and bland, that may be the case. From a price point of view everything was fine. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, the boss also. All in all, you can recommend the restaurant for a not too sophisticated but reasonably priced food. I upload photos of the 3 main courses.
The food is worth every penny. Everything fresh, super attentive staff, accommodating, not pushy
Nice place, freindly staff, good food
Absolute insider tip! The specialty fire hat is very lovingly presented and presented. The ingredients are delicious and fresh: from different meats, vegetables to fresh herbs and a lot of great sauces. A necessary reservation in the elaborate preparation is absolutely natural-the food is also prepared by 1-2 people. But you also get the fire hat when you call. The owner is very keen that it tastes good. During a visit he probably did not quite succeed in an appetizer - he did not even serve them but conjured up something delicious. Thumbs up!
It was a perfect evening with delicious food. We came for extra from Karlsruhe to Baden-Baden. Very friendly and competent staff, which also explains the culinary specialties. I can only recommend.
Actually a very good Chinese. I can not complain about the food. What is to complain, however, is the cleanliness. Furthermore, I have to deduct a point, because the owner ... as regards friendliness if you talk to him responds very indignant. If someone can not deal with constructive criticism, I ask myself ... if gastronomy is the right job .. I would like to mention again in the end, the food is not the sticking point why I do not go back ..
The Beijing soup did not taste. It looked weird and raw exactly like that. We have ordered from the menu menu number 93: Duck with pasta, vegetables and sauce. Unfortunately did not taste, long wait, even though the restaurant was almost empty. I'm disappointed, do not go back.
Delicious. Again and again. Too bad that the owner wants to give up.
The food tastes great! Fresh meat, fresh vegetables (sometimes even from their own garden) and homemade sauces and oils. I love it there!
Very good dim sum
I know Chinese fire pots but I didn't know Feuerhut so far. The principle is similar: you get different meats, vegetables and herbs and dip some ingredients into the broth, which runs in a ring around the fire hat. The bread, meat and some vegetables are then "attached" to the fire hat itself until they are done. Then you can dip the cooked pieces in one of the many sauces and eat them. The ingredients stick to the fire hat on small hooks. In the beginning it is not so easy to get the meat and bread etc. on the hook, so that the pieces fell into the broth a few times. You also get a few splashes ... so you shouldn't wear the best clothes when you go there. At the beginning you get all the ingredients explained by the owner himself or the waitress so that you know what to expect. The ingredients looked and tasted fresh. Unlike the fire pot, the broth tastes a bit sweet and had an aftertaste that I could not identify. It was something unusual but good. It was definitely an experience and it was also delicious.
Feuerhut is an adventure meal and there is something for everyone - unfortunately the exotic selection of vegetables has declined sharply, which you can only notice as permanent. The food is fresh and delicious. The selection of sauces always a pleasure. In winter, the place is remarkably cool and you should dress accordingly.
The fire hat ...WOW!!amazing oils, sauces, selection of meats and vegetables...absolutely a 360degress experience !a must!!
